Feeling a bit chilly? Here are a few icebreakers for your next event!
2023 is here and already in full swing. Are you looking for an easy way to break the ice at your next meeting, event or Sales Kickoff? Icebreakers are a great way to get everyone comfortable and engaged in the conversation. Whether you’re meeting new colleagues or simply trying to bring some energy to your regular team meetings, these ten quick questions are sure to get the conversation flowing.

1. Two Truths and a Lie: Have each person introduce themselves by sharing two truths and one lie about themselves. Then, have everyone else guess which is the lie.

2. Picture Introductions: Have each person bring a photo to the meeting that represents something about themselves. Then, have everyone else guess what the photo symbolizes.

3. Name That Tune: Play a short piece of music and have everyone guess the song.

4. Word Play: Have everyone say one word that describes how they are currently feeling.

5. Celebrity Doppelganger: Have each person name a celebrity or character they have been told they look like.

6. Day of the Week: What day of the week are you and why? Have each person share which day they would be.

7. Strange Eats: Have each person share the strangest food they have eaten.

8. Fun Facts: Prior to meeting, have each person send in a fun fact. Print the list and challenge the attendees on who can match the most facts and people correctly!

9. Would You Rather Questions: Ask the group questions such as “Would you rather travel to the past or the future?”

10. Hope to Learn: Have each person share what they hope to learn during the offsite.

Using icebreakers like these can help you create an environment where everyone can relax, get to know each other, and feel comfortable speaking up. Give one of these icebreakers a try at your next meeting and see how it can bring your team together.
