Our Camp Zinnia Team Event was an Unforgettable Offsite Experience

If you're wondering whether the Zinnia team had a blast at their offsite, the answer is a resounding "HECK YEAH!" Our team bonding retreat and strategic planning session was a jam-packed weekend full of laughs, learning, and lots of relaxation.

We kicked off the weekend at a gorgeous lake house at Lake Burton. After settling in and getting our swag bags (which included some seriously cool gear), we spent the first day relaxing, snacking on a charcuterie board, and getting to know each other with some 5-minute storytelling sessions.

‍

But don't let all that chill time fool you - we also had some serious work to do! Our CEO, Lauren Marturano, recast the vision for the company, and we spent time updating our mission, vision, and values.

‍

We also had some time with each of our core team leaders, focusing on product, go-to-market, and events. It was a great opportunity to dive deep into what's working, what's not, and what we can do to increase our ROI.

Of course, it wasn't all work and no play - we also tie-dyed some awesome shirts, enjoyed some delicious food, and had an amazing home cooked meal to end all s'mores nights. We even did some early morning yoga to stretch out those muscles after all the bonding.

Overall, it was an offsite we won't soon forget. Thanks, Zinnia team, for an unforgettable offsite!
